1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, services, or purchasing any packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer branding, graphic design, video content creation, social media management, marketing strategy, campaign setup, and related digital marketing solutions.

3. Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
  • The remaining 50% must be cleared after completion of work but before final delivery.
  • For ad campaigns or any dollar-based support, 100% payment must be made in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, logos, and necessary access on time.
  • Any delay in providing resources may lead to project delays, for which we are not responsible.

5. Copyright & Ownership

  • Until full payment is received, all designs, content, and strategies remain the property of Delta Digivast.
  • After full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client.

6. Revision Policy

  • Each package includes a limited number of revisions.
  • Additional revisions will be charged separately.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Services cannot be used for illegal activities, hate speech, or fake content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for ad performance or any losses caused by platform-related issues.

9. Service Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
